To keep WhatsApp a trusted channel, and keep your number in good standing, everyone using BulkyGrow must follow these rules.
You must
- Message only people who opted in to hear from your business on WhatsApp, and keep a record of that consent.
- Make it easy to opt out, and stop messaging anyone who asks.
- Identify your business clearly and keep message content accurate.
- Follow the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Commerce Policy.
You must not
- Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or messages to purchased or scraped contact lists.
- Sell or promote goods and services prohibited by WhatsApp's Commerce Policy (for example weapons, drugs, adult content, gambling where not permitted).
- Send content that is illegal, deceptive, threatening, harassing or discriminatory, or that infringes others' rights.
- Impersonate another person or business, or attempt phishing or fraud.
- Try to access other companies' data, probe or overload the Service, or bypass its limits and security.
Enforcement
We may remove content, pause campaigns, or suspend workspaces that break these rules. Meta may independently limit or disable WhatsApp numbers with low quality or policy violations.
